Venues
We have four different venues within the premises which are all independent from each other and all have access to our gardens and green zones which is idea for an amazing photography session. You can pick any of our venues for a Cost of $7,250.000 for up to 7 hours.
This rental includes a bridal room, concierge staff at the entrance of the facilities, parking areas with logistics staff and a power plant in the event of a power failure; guaranteeing that your event does not have the slightest mishap. Within this value you can also choose COP $2,000,000 in decoration and lighting accessories for the Retiro de San Juan to make it a night never to forget.

Chapel
Depending on the type of ceremony you want to celebrate, in El Retiro de San Juan, you will have a large chapel for the celebration of Catholic marriages or an outdoor Huppa surrounded by mother nature so that you can carry out the ceremony you have always dreamed of.
Either of these two options has a cost of COP $2,500.000 which includes both the rent and the decoration which will be placed on the altar or entrance with the pathway covered in petals. They will also be a dedicated beautiful area for your guest to wait before the ceremony starts. If you opt for the chapel, the wedding musicians and red carpet will also be part of the package and included in the cost.

Food & Beverages
At El Retiro de San Juan has a specialized kitchen we an executive chef in preparing the menu for a wide range of events such as weddings, business event and much more.
The kitchen comes with the highest standard of high dining which comes with a three-course meal. We prepare from international cuisine also local cuisine to provide the ultimate package for your guest to enjoy. The cost starts from COP $78,000 Per person which covers the starter, main course and desert.

With us, the desserts of your event will be the highlight, not only for the exquisiteness of their flavours but also for their presentation and assembly. Here you have options ranging from COP$10,000 onwards.
You have an unlimited non-alcoholic beverage station, which includes soft drinks, orange juice, water, ginger and ice, for a value of COP$6,000 pesos per person.
Additionally, you will find a coffee station, aromatic waters and cookies from COP$8,000 per person.
You can choose among other complements, such as appetizers for the welcome cocktail, starting at COP$6,500, end-of-party snack COP$9,500, fruit water station COP$7,000, and mini-cocktails starting at COP$10,000, which ensure your guest to find everything they need to enjoy the party to its height.
As for the bride’s cake, you can buy it and bring it with the supplier of your choice. If you want to do it with us, the cost starts at COP$320,000 per pound.

Decoration
At El Retiro de San Juan we have a wide variety of unique elements from different parts of the world, which allow us to handle different styles and budgets. Additionally, we have a team of decorators who will advise you according to the latest trends so that you can make everything you imagine a reality, adapting to any budget. We have hundreds of reference images that help you take your ideas further.
This department, as indicated above, is in charge of decorating the church or the huppa. The cost of this decoration is included in the rental of these spaces.
Remember that when renting any of our rooms, you can choose the decoration of El Retiro de San Juan for a value of COP $2,000,000 included.
