We have four independently sized venues, all with gardens and green areas ideal for the best photos of your life. Each of these 4 venues has a rental cost of COP$7,830,000 for 7 hours.

This rental includes a bridal suite, entrance security personnel, parking areas with logistic staff, and a power plant in case of electrical supply failure; ensuring that your event runs smoothly without any hiccups. CHAPEL OR HUPPA

Depending on the type of ceremony you want to celebrate, at El Retiro de San Juan, you have a wide chapel for Catholic weddings or an outdoor Huppa surrounded by nature for you to hold the ceremony of your dreams. Either of these options has a cost of COP$3,100,000, which includes both the rental and decoration (flower arrangements on the altar or entrance, petal pathways, bench decorations), outdoor chairs for the Huppa, waiting area for guests before the start of the ceremony, and in the case of the chapel, sound and a red carpet.

DECORATION

At El Retiro de San Juan, we have a wide variety of unique elements from different parts of the world, allowing us to handle different styles and budgets. Additionally, we have a team of decorators who will advise you according to the latest trends to bring to life everything you imagine, adapting to any budget. We have hundreds of reference images to help you take your ideas further.

This department, as we mentioned previously, is responsible for the decoration of the church or the Huppa. The cost of this decoration is included in the rental of these spaces.

Remember that when renting any of our venues, you can choose the decoration from El Retiro de San Juan for a value of COP $2,000,000 included.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

At El Retiro de San Juan, we have an International Executive Chef in charge of a specialized kitchen staff for the preparation of menus for social events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, first communions, etc.) and corporate events. We also have a kitchen that includes the highest standard of equipment for food preparation (German Rational ovens and Metro food warmers) plus a support and assembly kitchen in each of the venues. All of the above to create a food package with a basic cost from COP$85,000 per person, which includes: appetizer, sorbet, and main course.

With us, the desserts of your event take center stage, not only for the exquisiteness of their flavors but also for their presentation and assembly. Here you have options ranging from COP$10,000 onwards.

You have an unlimited non-alcoholic beverage station, which includes sodas, orange juice, water, ginger, and ice, for a value of COP$8,700 per person.

Additionally, you’ll find a coffee station, aromatic waters, and cookies starting at COP$8,700 per person. You can choose from other add-ons, such as snacks for the welcome cocktail, starting at COP$8,500, end-of-party consommé for COP$10,600, fruit water station for COP$7,600, and mini cocktails starting at COP$12,000, so your guests can have a wonderful and unique experience at every moment of your event.

As for the bride’s cake, you can buy and bring it from your preferred provider. If you want to do it with us, the cost starts from COP$380,000 per pound.
